In order to get the island size & configuration we desired the appliance locations had to change & the old linen closet had to go. A double depth cabinet was used on the one side to provide ample storage & extend the kitchen. The client wanted very specific appliances so every inch of space was used. This required some intricate custom cabinetry, including recessing the oven into the wall space to keep the correct depth.
