Established in 1986, Charisma, the design experience, provides complete interior design services to residential and commercial clients in Winnipeg and it’s surrounding communities.

After graduating in 2006 from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Interior Design, Brennen Bilyk joined Charisma as a junior designer. He brought with him extensive drawing skills, artistic abilities as well as several years of construction experience. In 2023, Brennen became the principal designer and owner of Charisma after 17 years of mentorship under Kim Schroeder.
